Build Muscle Mass Fast

How to Build Muscle Mass Fast

To build muscle fast you have to train hard, get adequate rest and give your body the proper nutritional supplements. There has been a lot of arguing between body builders and trainers on what is the best post workout nutrition when trying to build muscle mass.

Australian scientists have found the best muscle building combinations. Male weight lifters were divided into four groups. These weight lifters were given either creatine and whey, creatine and carbohydrates, whey alone, or carbs alone. After 11 weeks of weight training and taking these muscle building supplements, the men taking the creatine and whey were leaner and stronger. This group also larger muscle fibers, this is a key determination on big your muscle look.

I feel certain that if this group, would have added carbohydrates to the whey and creatine there gains would have been even greater. From my research you should have at least a whey shake and some carbs and some fat about 1.5 before your workout. This will ensure you get a good workout in. For men, your post workout nutrition should consistent about 30 grams of whey protein, 40 grams of carbs and no more than about 5 grams of fat. This is crucial your body needs the right nutrients in order to build muscles fast.
