These weight lifters were given either creatine and whey, creatine and carbohydrates, whey alone, or carbs alone. After 11 weeks of weight training and taking these muscle building supplements, the men taking the creatine and whey were leaner and stronger. This is crucial your body needs the right nutrients in order to build muscles fast.
