Calcium May Prevent Fat Absorption

Now you don’t have to feel bad about indulging in a nice juicy steak. According to recent research calcium may reduce the amount of saturated fat your body can absorb. Like fiber, calcium binds with fat molecules and prevents them from being absorbed by the intestines. So don’t forget to wash your steak down with a tall glass of skim milk.
