Does SmartLipo Work?

Does SmartLipo work? My mother always said that if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. SmartLipo sounds like a more effective and comfortable treatment than traditional liposuction. It is true, and SmartLipo does work!

The SmartLipo procedure was approved by the United States FDA back in 2007. The procedure would not have been approved had the FDA not seen viable case studies and proof that the procedure is both safe and effective.

The reason that SmartLipo does workis because the procedure is based years of scientific research and experience. The procedure attacks the body’s fat cells in a logical way. The cells that are melted are either suctioned from the body or they are disposed of through your body’s lymphatic system.

While the procedure works, you will still experience some mild side effects. Side effects include nausea, dizziness, or disorientation due to the anesthesia. You will also experience some mild bruising, a little bit of swelling, and some discomfort. None of these side effects are as severe as those you would experience after a traditional liposuction procedure.

SmartLipo works with time and patience as well. You will not see dramatic results immediately after the procedure is completed. Instead you will notice a small change within the first few weeks. Complete results may take anywhere from 6 months to a year to achieve. You will notice that the fat cells have not only been eliminated, but that the skin is firmer in that area as well. This is because the laser also affects the body’s natural cellulite, which will eventually contribute to your skin’s new toned appearance.

  1. Ted Says:

Ask the very best plastic surgeon in your area what he thinks of this. Don’t go to anyone but a real plastic surgeon. This is the best advice you can get! Take it seriously. It is surgery. Ask about the other alternatives. Don’t get regular liposuction. You don’t have to have that anymore.
