Enter the restaurant through the spring lounge, traipse through a summer bar (with a huge over-the-bar projection screen) and wood-lined autumn dining area, and finally onto the winter themed, fireplace-heated igloo.
At Four Food Studio Restaurant and Cocktail Salon, the menu changes every 13 weeks and features local and seasonal ingredients. The Chef is Robert Gurvich. His resume includes tenures at Daniel and Alison on Dominick, two of New York City’s best.

I recently ate at Four Melville this past weekend, my girlfriend did some research and recommended it to me. And I only write to say that I disagree I had an excellent experience; we were seated immediately for our reservation at eight in the Autumn Lounge. The service was flawless, the food was great both appetizers and entrees. The environment was always positive and friendly and I recommend it for a new and interesting experience. And not to mention it wasn’t that big of a hole in the wallet after all.

I am happy to report we had an extremely pleasurable experience at Four Food Studio in Melville last night. We had appetizers and three entrees which were all prepared to perfection. They are truly maturing into a nice eatery!

I thought I was looking at the wrong restaurant with all those bad comments. This place is great. It’s upbeat, chic, and the food is great. The service was excellent, and I would highly recommend this place to others.

I had Sunday brunch……it was awesome…….the selection was impressive……the place is spacious and yet intimate.I even got a half price coupon……servers wore PJ’s…..I highly recomment it.
