How to Lower Credit Card Payments?
Here are some tips from a client of mine who just cut his credit card payments in half. His interest rate went from 22% to 6%.
He is self employed and his business is on the decline. He called his credit card company and explained the situation.
Sometimes these credit card companies will just lower your interest rate; however, with the current economic conditions they would not lower his interest rate.
They then offered to put him into a favorable program where he now has 5 years to pay back the loan. He will save thousands in interest charges and his monthly payment has been cut in half.
