The most interesting and potent effect IGF has on the human body is its ability to cause hyperplasia, which is an actual splitting of cells. Hypertrophy is what occurs during weight training and steroid use, it is simply an increase in the size of muscle cells. See, after puberty you have a set number of muscle cells, and all you are able to do is increase the size of these muscle cells, you don't actually gain more. But, with IGF use you are able to cause this hyperplasia which actually increases the number of muscle cells present in the tissue, and through weight training and steroid usage you are able to mature these new cells, in other words make them grow and become stronger. So in a way IGF can actually change your genetic capabilities in terms of muscle tissue and cell count. IGF proliferates and differentiates the number of types of cells present. At a genetic level it has the potential to alter an individuals capacity to build superior muscle density and size.

Igf long r3 is not secreted by the liver. Long r3 has 13 additional protiens in its peptide chain attached at the third protein in its peptide sequence.

@Mark - we have heard anecdotal reports of IGF being used to regenerate connective tissue. Speak to your hormone doctor and get their opinion.

@Navid - "IGF-1 is a hormone similar in molecular structure to insulin. It plays an important role in childhood growth and continues to have anabolic effects in adults. A synthetic analog of IGF-1, mecasermin is used for the treatment of growth failure."

We recommend you speak to a hormone doctor.

and ive seen awesome gains so far.. i got a 50 day cycle cant wait to c myself at the end of it..
im not stackin it with nothing else other than eating 6x a day, multi vit. with my protien shakes and a carb load shake right after i work out and 15min before i inject.
ive had blood work done last week and everything seems fine other than alil low glucose level but sugar and pressure are right on point,, i did bloodwork for cancers before i started and was clean, ill check again after my cycle and let u know if anything has changed lol ,, i havent gotten any side effects as of yet..

Hey there.

I am a competitive BB and have been using various anabolics on and off for the past 5 years. I have now decided to experiment with peptides and have purchased 4,000mcg's of IGF-1 1LR3 and 3,000iu's of HGH. As a bodybuilder my goals are lean muscle mass and fat loss.

My questions that are in need of clarification are:

1. Should I run IGF alone or together with GH?
2. IGF administarion - Intramuscular, subcutaneous or into bloodstream?
3. Is there a need to run T3 and/or T4 at the same time?
4. Is a daily dose of 50mcg over 5 weeks sufficient?
5. Will the use of Insulin benefit the IGF cycle in terms of its half-life.

Thank you - I look forward to your thoughts.
