ive been on igf1 lr3 and igf3 lr3 for 3 wks now and a 10day cycle of hexcelerin,, injectibles, i work out 5 dayz a week for about an hour a day, and on the weekends do mild work outs on my mid section and legs as i dont have to much problem with them..
and ive seen awesome gains so far.. i got a 50 day cycle cant wait to c myself at the end of it..
im not stackin it with nothing else other than eating 6x a day, multi vit. with my protien shakes and a carb load shake right after i work out and 15min before i inject.
ive had blood work done last week and everything seems fine other than alil low glucose level but sugar and pressure are right on point,, i did bloodwork for cancers before i started and was clean, ill check again after my cycle and let u know if anything has changed lol ,, i havent gotten any side effects as of yet..

Hey there.

I am a competitive BB and have been using various anabolics on and off for the past 5 years. I have now decided to experiment with peptides and have purchased 4,000mcg's of IGF-1 1LR3 and 3,000iu's of HGH. As a bodybuilder my goals are lean muscle mass and fat loss.

My questions that are in need of clarification are:

1. Should I run IGF alone or together with GH?
2. IGF administarion - Intramuscular, subcutaneous or into bloodstream?
3. Is there a need to run T3 and/or T4 at the same time?
4. Is a daily dose of 50mcg over 5 weeks sufficient?
5. Will the use of Insulin benefit the IGF cycle in terms of its half-life.

Thank you - I look forward to your thoughts.

Thanks for the accurate reply mate.
I'll try to follow your diet (it might be the key.. I got probably too many cals right now..prot seem to be enough though..). I am working out two days in a row and 1 off. Same with IGF (though I'd like to inject 20 mcg only in the morning on my day off too...). I'll finish this vial at the same dose I am now and start the next at 25mcg twice a day. See what happens.
By the way, how many eggs (medium size, boiled, only white eaten) do make 35g of prot? 7? And how can I measure 10g of whey prot (absolute powder, no flavour no adds.. NZ product..)? would a large spoon be ok for 10g? Do you have any tips? ..Unfortunately I do not have an electronic scales..Silly I know.. but I live in China now..

Ahh I am about a week into a course of IGF-1 r-3 I am using receptor grade. My advice is to up the dose a bit. Also I really have not seen anyone post this anywhere except in a med report but most people do not realize the amount of time IGF-1 stays active in your system. I see half lifes listed between 4-10 hours this half life though is of unbound IGF-1 in the blood stream, here is the interesting part is that once bound to a receptor the igf-1 will be active for another 72 hours.

As for your question I use IGF-1 subQ, as IGF-1 is systemic (i have seen no science that IM local effects on the muscle injected actually work) As mentioned I recommend that you up the dose to about 80mcgs and take it 2 days on and an off day on the third day. I have personally tried doses as high as 140mcgs daily but at that dose the sides were a bit too much as I actually went hypoglycemic at that dose. IMHO and from talking to others the higher the dose the more effective IGF-1 seems to work. Although I am guessing that as long as you are feeling some sides from it that what you have is real and will still give you benefits. Either IM or subQ injections are fine, just do what you are comfortable with.

With IGF-1 r-3 the biggest mistake I have seen people make is that they do not take in enough protein, Here is the diet protocol I use when on IGF or even if I am just cutting in general.

- Workout at least 3 times a week with weights.
- Eat at least 1g protein / lb lean body mass.
- Reduce calories to maintenance levels or about 500 cals below maintenance.

None of those are really all that hard to follow but will give you the optimum results.

Here is kinda a reference chart for those that may need it, if you do not know your maintenance cals you can use a site called Fitday they have free logs there with built in tools to track everything for you.

This chart follows a 40/40/20 ratio
1600 calories: 160g protein, 160g carbs, 35g fat
1800 calories: 180g protein, 180g carbs, 40g fat
2250 calories: 225g protein, 225g carbs, 50g fat
2700 calories: 270g protein, 270g carbs, 60g fat
3150 calories: 315g protein, 315g carbs, 70g fat

This is just to give you a guideline, just customize it to your needs< if you lose or are not gaining the amount of muscle you want up the protein, if you gain or are not losing enough fat then lower the carbs and fat to meet your needs.

Thanks for your reply. I have already started with 20mcg twice a day (20 morning+20pwo). Doesn't seem to do much though. I feel a bit sleepy but not hungry. I administer the doses subcutaneously on the peritoneum (left and right sides)..is that OK? Or better intramuscularly?
I diluted my compound with sterile water (I already new that AA would have ruined it but not because my provider told so... they know shit about it they are just sellers ..), 2ml of it. I do keep though all in the fridge (lyphosized form can stay even at room temp for more than 6 months if not diluted ..so fridge would be more than fine.. besides, I feel tem in the freezer would be too low..).

IGTROPIN comes in 10 100mcgs vials> only reconstitute what you need ie one vial at a time> put the rest in the freezer and the vial you are currently using in the fridge> and it will keep fine>

Please do research and not just blindly repeat info as fact, IGTROPIN I believe is made to have a PH correction in the binder so using AA can actually ruin most of the active IGF in it, so you might want to use BA or BW to reconstitute it.

You should always ask the supplier about the binders in it

Since your vials are 100 mcgs each bariostatic water (BW) will work fine either way(as you will use the vial up before the IGF-1 degrades too much> also AA is acetic acid which when injected into muscle will damage the muscle tissue.

My advice is to get as much info as you can

I do not mean to knock the OP of this thread as this is still a great resource, but I see too many sites and post saying to use only AA and that is not always the case.

I am purchasing a kit of Long R3 IGF-1 through a pharma comapany in China (by the way I am there too) and I was just wondering if anyone had info or tips on it. The product is called IGTROPIN and it seems to be the best on circulation right now.
I never tried IGF-1 (nor HGH) before and although I have never had problems with insulin levels or blood pressure, I must confess that I am a bit concerned about it. I live a regular life, eating every 3 hours or so (clean carbs, meat, albumen, fresh salads, olivoil, tofu and so on), no smoker, no alcohol, constant physical activity every day (BB, Swimming, MMA)and I feel like I need a chemical support (I am 33 and I can't say I feel like 5 years ago anymore..)right now (it's been years actually )since I can see my body falling apart... accumulating fat too easily and not recovering from workout as supposed to.
I'll appreciate any info given by someone with an actual experience using this compound.

I mostly need tips on :
-how to store it (what temperature.. would a regular fridge be ok?)
-how long can it stay before administration (after being diluted, I am buying the lyphosized form)
- When is the best time to have it administered (early morning, right after workout.. once twice a day)
-How to take the shots(peritoneal, subcutaneous..above the belly button, lower..)
- Would be 20mcg /daily sufficient to have some results ?(and by results I don't mean getting huge but just gain some quality ..)

Please note that not being in my own country right now gives me zero chances to get to a hormone doctor (endocrinologist)for a consultation.

Cheers
