Sushi King Houston,TX

Last night was our first time to Sushi King in Houston TX. We were there for a friend’s birthday. We were told we could not make reservations. After getting there we were told it would take 10 minutes for our table to be ready. It actually took over an hour. They repeatedly forgot about us even though there were many open tables.

After requesting several times to talk to a manager one finally showed up. We told him about our experience and he listened with one ear. He then sent over drinks for the girls(they did not like them). If you are going to give away free drinks, don’t you think it would be nice to ask what is wanted?

Our waitress was really sweet and went above and beyound. The sushi and appetizers were good but the inconsideration getting seated really put a bad taste in our mouths.

Most other Sushi King reviews are positive, but we will not be going back. We left Sushi King in Houston feeling like we were not that important. Restaurant owners, your loyal customers are gold and should be treated as such.
