IGF-1 – May Hold the Key to Men Living Longer

I bet this will study will hold true for women as well. IGF-1 levels declines with aging. I feel the decline of this hormone, is a main reason why we start to age. As we age we start to see higher risks for cancer and other dangerous disease. Do you see a link? I sure do.
